• When do we meet and how often?
    • As soon as the weather breaks, every Wednesday at 6:15 for speed work, team strength workout, periodic guest speakers, food, drinks, fun, and support.
    • Sunday’s at 7:00 at Gold’s gym for a “long” run. That can be one mile or fifteen depending where you are personally.
  • How does it work?
    • Everyone is welcome. Depending on what each individual would like to accomplish a tailored workout will be recommended from the coach. Track club members range from record marathon to walkers, runners, and people just wanting to enjoy the group.
  • Do I need to be a member?
    • You do not have to be a member to participate in weekly workouts. However, you must be a member to enjoy any perks and benefits.
